I shall go on a pilgrimage to Ejmiatsin, I shall kiss the altars pair by pair. I shall invoke the mighty saints, [And] obtain a healing scroll for my sick one. O Virgin Mother of God of spotless milk, Keep Thou the granny's child alive and whole! At the trees of the Illuminator I shall offer lambs as a sacrifice;— May I die for Thy radiant host, [For] Thou hast set the righteous apart. O Ejmiatsin, Thy monastery Is full with the Word of God.— I shall beseech the Illuminator To preserve the life of my boy.
