Moreover, when the printing press gave twin wings to writings and, with wondrous multiplicity, swiftly flew the leaves of books throughout the dispersion of the world, this very soul-benefiting book was first printed twice in Amsterdam, then in Constantinople many times, later thrice in Holy Ēǰmiacin, in Naxiǰewan, and in other places; and lastly in Constantinople for the benefit of the children of this New Zion. And now, upon my arrival here in India from Alexandria, under the tutelary patronage of the noble, nation-loving, and fondly remembered POŁOS BEY YOUSOUFIAN—minister of foreign and domestic affairs to the Viceroy of Egypt—I zealously devoted myself to the service of the Nation: by designing and casting brand-new lead types, and with the assistance of honorable compatriots, I organized and established a rich, complete, and splendid Printing House; and by the success [granted] of God, I printed several spiritual books in thousands of copies.
