Show us, O Lord, thy mercy, and grant us thy salvation. We have heard what the Lord our God speaketh: he shall speak peace unto his people, and unto his saints, and unto those who have turned their hearts unto him. Surely his salvation is near unto them that fear him, that his glory may dwell in our land. Mercy and truth have met together; righteousness and peace have kissed [each other]. Truth hath sprung up out of the earth, and righteousness hath looked down from heaven. The Lord shall give goodness, and our land shall yield her fruit. Righteousness shall go before him, and shall set his steps in the way.
