Having anticipated [the dawn] in this place of confession, we offer our morning prayers. We bless and glorify You, O Lord, and we give thanks to You, O Lord, who have made us worthy to pass through this night in peace and to reach the hour of this morning. Make us worthy, O Lord, of Your ineffable promises, which You promised to those who love You, [You who are] the true God, JESUS CHRIST, our Lord; save [us] and have mercy. Have mercy on us, O Lord our God, according to Your great mercy; let us all say together with one accord: Lord, have mercy; Lord, have mercy; Lord, have mercy.
