For he spoke, and they came to be; he commanded, and they were established. He set them fast forever and ever; he set a boundary, and they shall not pass beyond [it]. Praise the Lord from the earth, [you] sea-monsters and all deeps; Fire and hail, snow and ice, wind and tempests, which perform his word; Mountains and all heights, fruit-bearing trees and all cedars; Wild beasts and all cattle, creeping things and all winged birds; Kings of the earth and their armies, princes and all judges of the earth; Young men and virgins, elders and children: praise the name of the Lord. Exalted was his name alone; his praise [is] in heaven and on earth. The Lord exalts the horn of his people; [he is] praise to all his saints, to the children of Israel, a people that is near to the Lord. Praise the Lord with a new blessing; praise to him in the assembly of the saints. Let Israel rejoice in its Creator; let the children of Zion be glad in their King.
