We have as intercessor the holy Mother of God [Astowacacin], Mary, the glorified and blessed, ever-holy Virgin; Saint John the Baptist; Saint Stephen the Protomartyr; the holy Apostles and Prophets; the valiant and victorious holy Martyrs; and the great confessor of Christ, our Patriarch Saint Gregory the Illuminator of the land of Armenia. Remember all the saints, and through them let us beseech the Lord. [Response:] Remember, Lord, and have mercy. Let us ask in faith from the Lord that we may pass the morning of light and the day before us in peace. [Response:] Grant [it], Lord. [Let us ask for] the angel of peace... [Let us ask for] the expiation and forgiveness [of our sins]... [Let us ask for] the great and powerful [aid] of the Holy Cross... And again, in unity [let us beseech the Lord]...
