O God, great, mighty, and glorified; illuminator of the saints and resting in the saints: we hold the ascetic struggle of the holy Apostles as an intercessor before You; we beseech [You]. Hear, O Lord, and have mercy. [You] Who are ceaselessly praised in song by the ranks of the spiritual, heavenly watchers: make us worthy, through upright glorification together with Your saints, to worship Your great and awesome Lordship; we beseech [You]. We bless You with united love in the commemorations of Your witnesses, who became followers of Your light-adorned paths, O Lord; [You] Who for our sake took upon Yourself the sufferings of the Cross and of death; we beseech [You].
