[... peace] in heaven and on earth; we beseech [You].

Beseech [Him] to forgive us, to overlook our transgressions, and to grant [us] aid to resist [our] adversaries in battle; we beseech [Thee].

Beseech [the Lord]: That wars may be silenced, the assaults of enemies may cease, [and] love and righteousness may be planted on earth, we beseech [You].

[RUBRIC: Supplicate.] That the sweet outflow of springs [and] the abundant fruitfulness of plants and plantings may increase in our land, so that all our necessary needs may be joyfully filled, let us beseech [the Lord].

Pray: [Pray] that He may unite His holy Church, built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, [and] keep [it] spotless until the day of the revelation of His coming: we beseech [You].

Intercede for us, O Holy Lady, with your only-begotten Son; and for the souls of those at rest, that [He] receive [them] into the kingdom of heaven, and grant a share and portion with all the saints. We beseech [You].

Remember, [O] Lord, and have mercy.
