Փառաւորեսցո՛ւք զամենակալն Աստ- ուած զՀայր Տեառն մերոյ ՅԻՍՈՒՍԻ ՔՐԻՍ- ՏՈՍԻ , գոհանալով զնմանէ՝ որ պահեաց զմեզ խաղաղութեամբ ՚ի գիշերիս յայսմիկ : Եւ առաջնորդեաց մեզ ՚ի խաւարէ ՚ի լոյս . ՚ի մահուանէ ՚ի կեանս . յապականութենէ յանապականութիւն . յանգիտութենէ ՚ի գի- տութիւն ճշմարտութեան իւրոյ : Աղաչես- ցո՛ւք և խնդրեսցո՛ւք ՚ի նմանէ , զի զերկա- րութիւն տունջեանս խաղաղութեամբ և ա- մենայն մտադիւր զուարթութեամբ արասցէ անցուցանել ՚ի մէնջ : Եւ պարսպեալ պա- Հեսցէ զժողովուրդս իւր Աստուածային զօ-

Let us glorify Almighty God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, giving thanks unto Him who has kept us in peace during this night, and has guided us from darkness into light, from death into life, from corruption into incorruption, [and] from ignorance into the knowledge of His truth.
