We give thanks to you, Lord our God, who by your visible light have gladdened all your creatures, and by the intelligible light of your commandments have enlightened all who believe in you. Strengthen us also, Lord, in the keeping of your commandments in this daytime and at all times, so that, enlightened in mind, we may always do what is pleasing to you, and attain to your future good things together with all your saints. Through the grace and loving-kindness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to whom are fitting glory, dominion, and honor, now and always and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
