Blessed be the name of the Lord, from this time forth and forevermore. From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the sun, praised is the name of the Lord. High above all nations is the Lord, and his glory is in the heavens. Who is like the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high, and looketh down upon the lowly in heaven and on earth? He raiseth up the poor from the earth, and lifteth the afflicted from the dung heap, To seat them as princes, with the princes of his people; Who maketh the barren woman to dwell in [her] house, joyful of heart, like a mother rejoicing over children.
