Lord, if you open my lips, my mouth shall sing your praise. Had you desired sacrifice, we would have offered [it]; but you were not pleased even with whole-burnt offerings. A sacrifice to God is a humble spirit; a pure heart and a humble spirit God does not despise. Do good, Lord, by your good pleasure unto Zion, and let the walls of Jerusalem be built. Then shall you be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, when they shall offer sacrifices of vows, [even] bullocks, upon your altar. Glory to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. Now and always and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
