Clothe us, Lord our God, with the armor of righteousness, that [we] may be powerful and victorious against satanic warfare; and by quenching all his fiery darts, may we be without dread of things that walk in darkness, [and] from the stumbling-block of the demon at noonday. And sobered by this noble daytime, may we stand in virtue for the salvation of our souls, unto the glory and honor of your Holy Trinity, now and always. Peace unto all. Walled around by your heavenly peace, keep our souls, Lord of hosts. For you are the God of peace, and beside you we know no other; and we call upon your all-powerful name for the help of our souls.
