You rested upon the Apostles, illuminating them; and now we beseech You, O Holy Spirit God, who are the cause of life for created beings and the peacemaker of the world: spare and save us.

Wherefore we also confess Thee, the Holy Spirit, [as] God co-essential with the Father and with the Son; and we entreat of Thee, the bestower from on high, that spiritual peace for ourselves. Lord, glory to Thee.

Today, the Lord appears to the disciples on Mount Tabor; and the disciples, terrified, cried out, saying: "Let us make three tabernacles: one for the Lord, one for Moses, and one for Elijah." Now, we too, the rational flock, sing with Your true witnesses: send upon us the light of Your grace at Your second coming, and save [us].
