Glory to you, O God, glory to you; for all things, Lord, glory to you. Again in peace let us beseech the Lord. Receive [our prayer], save [us], and have mercy. Blessing and glory to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, now and always and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Deliver me, O Lord, from the evil man; rescue me from the unjust man. They devised iniquity in their hearts; all day long they prepared for war. They sharpened their tongues like a serpent's, and the venom of asps is under their lips. Keep me, O Lord, from the hands of the sinner, and rescue me from the evil man. They devised to trip my steps; the proud hid a snare for me. They stretched out cords [as] a net for my feet; around my paths they set a stumbling-block for me. I said: You are the Lord my God; give ear, O Lord, to the voice of my prayers.
