For the vow-makers and the fruit-bearers in the holy Church of God, let us beseech the Lord. And for those who are betrayed into the hands of the lawless for the name of Christ, let us beseech the Lord. [Response:] Deliver, Lord, and have mercy. For the souls of the departed who fell asleep in Christ with true and orthodox faith, let us beseech the Lord. [Response:] Remember, Lord, and have mercy. That the Lord God may deliver us from the visible and invisible enemy, let us beseech the Lord. [Response:] Lord, have mercy.

SUPPLICATION

We have as intercessors holy Mary, the Mother of God, the glorified and blessed, ever-holy virgin; the holy John the Baptist; the holy Stephen, the Protomartyr; the holy Apostles and Prophets; the valiant and victorious holy Martyrs; and the great confessor of Christ, our Patriarch saint Gregory the Illuminator of the land of Armenia. Remember also all the saints, and through them, let us beseech the Lord.
