You are near, O Lord, and all Your commandments are truth. From the beginning I have known from Your testimonies that You have established them forever. Behold my affliction and deliver me, for I have not forgotten Your law. Judge my cause and redeem me, and according to Your word make me live. Salvation is far from sinners, for they have not kept Your ordinances. Your compassions are many, O Lord, and according to Your judgments make me live. Many are they who persecute and afflict me; [yet] I have not turned aside from Your testimonies. I looked upon the transgressors and was consumed [with grief], because they did not keep Your commandments. Behold, for I have loved Your commandments; O Lord, in Your mercy make me live. The beginning of Your words is truth; all the ordinances of Your righteousness endure forever. Princes persecuted me without cause, and my heart stood in awe of Your words. I rejoiced in Your words like one who finds great spoil. I hated and abhorred iniquity, and I loved Your law.
