Արդ՝ ընդէ՞ր տրտում ես անձն իմ, կամ ընդէ՞ր խռովես զիս . յուսա՛ առ Աստուած, խոստովանեա՛ նմա . փրկիչ երեսաց իմոց Աստուած է : Փառք Հօր և Որդւոյ": Այժմ և միշտ և": Եւ ևս խաղաղութեան զՏէր աղաչես- ցուք . ընկա՛լ կեցո՛ և ողորմեա՛ : Օրհնութիւն և փառք Հօր և Որդւոյ և Հոգւոյն սրբոյ . այժմ և միշտ և յաւիտեանս յաւիտենից . Ամէն :

Why then art thou sorrowful, O my soul, or why dost thou disquiet me? Hope thou in God; give thanks unto Him: God is the Savior of my countenance.

Եկեսցէ 'ի վերայ իմ ողորմութիւն քո Տէր . և փրկութիւն քո ըստ բանի քում : Տաց պատասխանի, ոյք նախատեն զիս բա- նիւք . զի ես 'ի բանս քո յուսացայ : Մի 'ի բացեայ առներ 'ի բերանոյ իմմէ զբան ճշմարտութեան մինչև յոյժ . զի յիրա- ւունս քո յուսացայ : Պահեցի զօրէնս քո յամենայն ժամ, յա- ւիտեան՝ և յաւիտեանս յաւիտենից : Գնայի ես յանդորրու . զի զպատուիրանս քո խնդրեցի : Խօսէի զվկայութիւնս քո առաջի թագաւո- րաց, և ո՛չ ամաչէի : Խորհէի 'ի պատուիրանս քո, զոր սիրեցի:

Let your mercy come upon me, O Lord, and your salvation according to your word.
I shall give an answer [to those] who reproach me with words, for I have trusted in your words.
Do not take the word of truth utterly away from my mouth, for I have trusted in your judgments.
I have kept your law at all times, forever and unto the ages of ages.
I walked in broad paths [of peace], for I sought your commandments.
I spoke of your testimonies before kings, and I was not ashamed.
I meditated on your commandments, which I loved.
