We fall down before you, holy Theotokos (*Astuacacin* [Mother of God]), and we entreat you, immaculate Virgin: intercede for our souls, and beseech your only-begotten Son to deliver us from temptation and from all our dangers. You who are the releaser of the bound, the giver of gifts to all: today, through the supplication of the Elder, release me also, [who am] manifold in sin, from the bonds of death unto eternal life.
