*Priest:* I will wash my hands in innocence, and I will go round about Thine altar, O Lord. *Psalm:* Judge me, O Lord, for I have walked in my blamelessness; I have hoped in the Lord, that I shall not falter. Prove me, O Lord, and try me; test my reins and my heart. Thy mercy, O Lord, is before mine eyes, and I have been well-pleasing unto Thy truth. I have not sat in the council of vanity, neither will I enter in with transgressors. I have hated the assembly of the wicked, and with the ungodly I will not sit. I will wash my hands in innocence, and I will go round about Thine altar, O Lord; that I may hear the voice of Thy blessing, and tell of all Thy wondrous works. O Lord, I have loved the beauty of Thine house, and the place of the dwelling of Thy glory. Destroy not my soul with the ungodly, nor my life with men of blood.
