RUBRIC: [Tone/Mode] 5 [E]. The deacon proclaims:

[DEACON]: Again in peace let us beseech the Lord. Again, having received in faith from this divine, holy, heavenly, immortal, immaculate, and incorruptible mystery, give thanks unto the Lord. [CHOIR]: We give thanks to Thee, O Lord, who hast fed us from Thine immortal table, distributing Thy Body and Thy Blood for the salvation of the world, and [as] life for our souls.

RUBRIC: And here the clerks (*dpirkʿ*) chant mystical cdes (*tałs* [hymns/odes]), until the priest completes the order of the prayers. And when the worthy [communicants] receive communion, the clerks sing this ode (*tał*):

Mother of faith, holy bridal chamber, and super-eminent bridal canopy of the immortal Bridegroom, who adorned thee endlessly. Thou wondrous second heaven, [moving] from glory to glory exalted, who dost bear us like light through the font of adoption.
